Talent Search Africa (TSA) uses a state of the art custom built recruitment CRM combined with an experienced sales force and a comprehensive database. We are well suited to represent our clients for all junior/mid-level recruitment needs. As a subsidiary of Hallmark Recruitment, TSA and Hallmark regularly work together with clients and can appoint a single point of contact for both agencies

From a candidate perspective, because of the TSA relationship with the Hallmark brand, and it’s cost savings for employers, ranging from 50%-70% reduction to market-norms, TSA can connect candidates to a greater variety of companies. Like every recruitment organization in the Hallmark family, TSA will never charge a candidate a fee for registering with us or for an introduction to an employer.
We support the KGSA, Kibera Girls Soccer Academy. Kibera, Nairobi Kenya. In 2017 we organised the construction of a playground for the children at the school. We installed a basketball pitch and created sanitary alternatives. This improved the lives of the kids enormously. Our Director visits frequently and is involved in on-going projects, both structural and educational. We also support Thomas Barnardo’s Children’s home, NAIROBI Kenya with clothes and toys. We are committed to giving back to the society and to improving the lives of the needy in Kenya.
Psychometric Assessments: We also do psychometric assessments which are standardized psychological measurements of knowledge, abilities, attitudes and emotional intelligence. The tests are designed to pick out unique qualities that will lead to success at your company. They are the most accurate tools available for predicting performance, providing a fair and objective method to assess important requisites for roles in organisations. They identify the extent to which candidates’ personality and abilities match those required to successfully perform the role. The resulting profiles add value to the pre-screening process, as the process goes beyond information given at the first interviews. Tests include verbal comprehension, numerical reasoning, motivation, situational judgement and general cognitive ability. Tests can be selected to individual requirements.

Director of Operations
Lilian has been with the Hallmark Group since 2013 and has since then amassed a wealth of experience in full cycle recruitment. As TSA’s Director of Operations, she oversees executive search and non-executive recruiting projects for junior to mid-level roles. Lilian’s unending ability to blend warm assertiveness with keen industry knowledge has led to strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Rahel first joined Hallmark Recruitment in the Credit Control & Customer Care department. In January 2019 she joined Talent Search Africa as a recruitment consultant after developing a keen interest in the recruiting process. Her excellent customer service skills have quickly made an impact in interacting with clients on their staffing needs and finding quality candidates to match those needs.
Senior Recruitment Consultant
As an insightful and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly spot relevant recruitment patterns and issues, Frank has quickly made an impact in finding quality candidates for very hard to fill positions. He is focused, passionate and enjoys listening to clients and candidates, then recommending solutions to best fit their career goals and business needs. Since joining Talent Search Africa, Frank has provided support to multinationals, SMEs and startups in full cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, people and project management, employer branding and more.
Alviana joined Hallmark Recruitment in 2017 as a Receptionist and Personal Assistant to the Country Director. In January 2019 she moved to Talent Search Africa as an Administrative Assistant and part-time Researcher. She makes sure all our guests are well taken care of and colleagues have everything they need.
Finance and Credit Control
Valentine joined us in January 2019 to handle administration, credit control and the finance department for both Hallmark Recruitment and Talent Search Africa.
